Advanced Performance Validation Lab

Service Description

Prerequisite: Completion of Session #4 and instructor approval. Advanced Performance Validation & Diagnostics Lab is a structured assessment and refinement course designed for students who have progressed through the full DCTT handgun development pipeline. This is an advanced, performance-driven training day built around stage construction, measurable standards, and independent evaluation under controlled pressure. Students will: • Run structured stage-style exercises integrating movement, transitions, positional shooting, and problem-solving • Apply cover and concealment principles under time pressure • Demonstrate efficient reload and malfunction management • Track measurable performance metrics using the shot timer • Verbally assess their own performance following each run • Collaborate with the instructor to diagnose inefficiencies and refine corrective strategy This session shifts from skill development to performance accountability. Students are expected to arrive fully equipped, prepared, and capable of independent evaluation. Equipment Requirements Students must provide: • Personal handgun • Quality holster and belt system • Minimum three magazines • Magazine pouches • 500 rounds of 9mm • Appropriate range attire suitable for extended movement and ground work Enrollment is limited and conducted one-on-one or in small groups at instructor discretion. This course is offered periodically to qualified students.
