These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DC Training & Tactics website and training services. By accessing this website or registering for training, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

1. Services

 

DC Training & Tactics provides structured firearms training and related instructional services.

 

Participation in any training requires agreement to the Training Participation Agreement & Liability Waiver and all posted policies.

 

DC Training & Tactics reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for safety violations, policy violations, or misconduct.

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

Participants must be legally eligible to possess firearms under federal and Washington State law.

 

Minors may participate only with signed parental or guardian consent and in accordance with posted policies.

 

 

3. Payment Authorization

 

Payment is required to reserve training sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

By providing a payment method during checkout, you authorize DC Training & Tactics to charge the card on file for:

 

  • Scheduled training sessions

  • Late cancellation fees

  • No-show fees

  • Ammunition used during training when required

  • Instructor-provided equipment usage fees

  • Replacement or repair of lost, damaged, or unreturned training equipment

  • Any outstanding balance related to services rendered

 

Payment processing is securely handled by third-party providers such as Wix Payments, PayPal, and other integrated processors.

 

 

4. Ammunition & Equipment Policy

 

If a participant uses instructor-provided firearms or training equipment, instructor-provided ammunition may be required for safety, reliability, and liability control.

 

Participants are financially responsible for ammunition used and any damage to instructor equipment beyond normal wear.

 

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds

 

All cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, no-show fees, and dismissal policies are governed by the posted Refund & Cancellation Policy available on this website.

 

Participants dismissed from training for safety violations or impairment are not eligible for refunds.

 

 

6. Website Use

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to site systems

  • Interfere with site functionality

  • Copy or exploit website content without written permission

 

All website content is the property of DC Training & Tactics and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DC Training & Tactics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

 

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Washington State courts.
