Media Release Policy

DC Training & Tactics may photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture images, audio, and performance during training sessions for lawful business purposes, including marketing, promotional materials, website content, social media, and instructional or educational materials.

By granting media consent during registration, participants authorize DC Training & Tactics to use their likeness, image, voice, and performance in such materials without compensation.

Media may be used for internal training analysis, demonstration of techniques, and educational content provided to other students as part of structured instruction.

Participants understand that media may be edited, reproduced, published, or distributed and waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.

DC Training & Tactics will not sell or transfer media to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.

Participants who do not consent to media use will not be photographed or recorded in identifiable ways and may notify the instructor at any time if they wish to opt out.

If a parent or legal guardian provides consent on behalf of a minor participant, that consent applies to the minor.
